This includes, amongst other things, a 24-hour concierge, a limousine and transfer service from the airport or main railway station, valet and garage services, as well as a twice-daily housekeeping service. In addition, the concierge team arranges bespoke experiences – such as private trips on Lake Zurich aboard the nostalgic “Tugenia”, cultural recommendations or special bookings in the city. Depending on the room or suite category, a minibar stocked with selected drinks is included in the stay.
Yes. Baur au Lac, of course, warmly welcomes families too. The hotel is ideal for multi-generational stays. Rooms and suites with connecting doors offer space for spending time together whilst also providing privacy. Special attention is paid to our youngest guests: with plenty of care, small gestures and attention to detail, the team ensures that children feel just as welcome as adults. The hotel’s own soft toys, Leo and Eli, add to the fun, charmingly keeping both young and old company.
Yes, dogs are very welcome at Baur au Lac, at a cost of CHF 45 per dog per day. With custom-designed beds, Baur au Lac bowls, and a special dog menu, your four-legged companion enjoys the same comfort as you. Please note that dogs are not permitted in our restaurants, with the exception of the Marguita terrace.
