The new signature chocolate is exclusively available in the Baur au Lac Vins Shops or directly in the hotel for CHF 14.00.

Andrea Kracht of Zurich's Baur au Lac named Chairman of Executive Commitee of Leading Hotels of the World

Andrea Kracht, sixth-generation owner of Zurich’s renowned Hotel Baur au Lac, has been named Chairman of the Executive Committee of The Leading Hotels of the World, it was announced last week in Tokyo at the organization’s annual convention.  The Baur au Lac has been a member of The Leading Hotels of the World since 1974, and Mr. Kracht formerly served as the Vice Chairman of the Executive Committee of the organization.
