Apprenticeships:
To Swiss nationals or persons in possession of annual permit "B" or residence permit "C", we offer the following apprenticeships:
- Hotel management (3 years)
- Cook (3 years)
- Restaurant manager (3 years)

Interns:
Students who are attending a recognized Swiss school of hotel management have the option of completing a six-month internship in general service or housekeeping.
