At the Pavillon restaurant, Laurent Eperon transforms Christmas Eve and Christmas Day into a celebration of modern French cuisine.
His creativity and passion for perfect presentation are themselves an unforgettable gift to his guests. The wines to go with these meals are as diverse as they are exquisite.

Christmas Eve at the Pavillon starts fresh and fruity with a local Sauvignon Blanc from Uetikon (next to the Zurich lake) by Erich Meier. The majority of the wine flight is French, with a mineralic Chablis Grand Cru as well as matured red and sweet wines from Bordeaux. This selection is interspersed by my personal discoveries from Galicia by Palacios, established choices from Wachau by Knoll as well as an enchanting sweet Port to finish.
