For our guests, Christmas at the Baur au Lac is a little piece of Zurich tradition – a tradition to which Laurent Eperon, too, feels deeply committed.

The menu for Christmas reflects his singular creativity and unmistakable signature. Restaurant manager Aurélien Blanc and his team are your hosts for the evening.
