Daniel Humm returns to the Pavillon from March 17 - 21
From March 17 to 21, 2020, Daniel Humm, one of New York’s leading chefs, will once again take up a brief residence at our Pavillon. The top chef, who has been awarded three Michelin stars, began his meteoric career at the Baur au Lac, just like Pavillon head chef Laurent Eperon.
After completing his training, Daniel Humm moved to the US, where he led the illustrious New York restaurant Eleven Madison Park from success to success. Last summer, he added 'Davies and Brook' in London’s prestigious Mayfair district to his portfolio.
Humm’s cuisine focuses on regional and seasonal ingredients prepared with virtuoso flair, uniting traditional culinary arts with modern techniques.
The celebrated star chef will make a guest appearance at our Pavillon for five days. Places are limited.

On March 18, the Humm Dogs will also return to the Bürkli Beiz + Kiosk.
You can look forward to a delicious hot dog wrapped in bacon and seasoned with piquant Gruyère cheese, refined truffle mayonnaise and celery for CHF 20. The proceeds will go entirely and in equal parts to the Children's Hospital and the Kinderspitex Kanton Zurich.
