The hotel’s incredible top-floor fitness centre, with breathtaking views across Lake Zurich, provides a perfect foundation for this balanced programme. Guests who prefer to train in the comfort of their own room will find all the equipment they need ready and waiting for them, with training and recovery videos instructed by Mark Arnall accessible on all guest TVs and tablets.
What is TRAVEL FIT?
Full Body Workout
45 minute full body workout including warm up. Get your entire body moving with exercises that pull, push and press using a combination of body weight, power bands and mini bands.
25 minute multidirectional core workout including warm up. Guaranteed to hit the core from every angle.
High Intensity Training
30 minute High Intensity Interval session including warm up. 10 exercises; 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off. Fires everything up and gets your heart pumping.
Post Travel Recovery
30 minute post travel programme to unwind and stretch the body with the help of a foam roller and massage ball. Leaves you feeling relaxed and refreshed, with improved mobility.

Become your own therapist. 25 minute video showing how to use foam rollers and massage balls for best results when travelling.
