The celebration kicks off with a rare Magnum bottling of Philipponnat’s Blanc de Noirs. Next to mineralic fruit explosions like Italian Sauvignon Blanc and Austrian Riesling, the team surrounding Aurélien Blanc and Marc Almert will pour real highlights from Burgundy, Rhône and California – amongst which a matured Châteauneuf-du-Pape by Family Perrin. Just before midnight a sweet wine from Valais, “Bonvin”, will pair with the dessert. To a great 2021!
