Guests have been enjoying exquisite cuisine at the Baur au Lac for 175 years. The renowned chef Escoffier (1846-1935) spent time in its prestigious kitchen, while the two hotel pioneers César Ritz and Johannes Baur set new standards during their careers.
Our Kitchen Party harks back to their era, during which France’s incomparable cuisine emerged. In collaboration with the Hotel Ritz Paris, we are reinterpreting the traditional dishes of that time. Here in our kitchen, hand in hand with our professionals.
