A celebration of Austrian-Swiss cuisine with Baur au Lac and Falstaff’, guests can indulge in a world-class culinary event amid luxurious surroundings in Zurich’s five-star Baur au Lac.
Head chef Laurent Eperon and the multiple award-winning Philip Rachinger, whose restaurant Mühltafel was recently named the best restaurant in Upper Austria by Falstaff, have come together to develop an unforgettable five-course menu as part of Food Zurich. The two chefs will combine flavors from Austrian and Swiss cuisine that are sure to delight and enchant their guests. Austrian vintner Lucas Pichler of the F.X. Pichler winery and Switzerland’s Guido Brivio of Brivio Vini will act as sommeliers for the evening.
