Dumplings from "Madame Sum" are our new delicious highlight on the menu. Always creating and creative flavours, Madame Sum delights true dumpling lovers time and again. Inspired by this, the Baur au Lac kitchen team created two Haute Cuisine bites: The orange one is filled with pulled duck, foie gras, shiitake mushrooms and Szechuan pepper, the red one with chard and black truffle.
