Check-in is available from 3 pm, and check-out is by 12 noon. You can request an earlier check-in or later check-out when making your booking. Please note that these requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation is free of charge up to 12 noon, at least 24 hours before the arrival date. In the event of a later cancellation or a no-show, the relevant charges will apply. During times of high demand, longer cancellation deadlines may apply. These will be clearly stated in your booking confirmation.

The hotel offers rooms and suites with connecting options. In selected categories, up to seven rooms and suites can be combined. These are particularly suitable for large families.
From a double room upwards, an extra bed for a third person aged three or over can be added on request (CHF 120 per night for a maximum of three guests per room). For guests travelling together who value more space and privacy, we also recommend our rooms and suites with connecting doors.
We are happy to provide cots for young children up to the age of three on request. Our team will be happy to advise you personally and help you select the right facilities for your stay.
Breakfast is not included in the room rate at Baur au Lac as standard and costs CHF 52 per person.
