Brasserie & Bar
Our Baur’s represents the refined reinterpretation of the classic brasserie. Here, modern chic meets international guests in an elegant but warm ambience. Baur’s celebrates classics of European cuisine, but also fans of vegetarian and vegan cuisine will always have a new taste with the seasonally changing menu.
Baur's is currently on a little summer break and will be back on 2 September 2021.
Our historic "Le Hall" is both the heart of Baur au Lac and the living room of Zurich. Since its opening in 1844, it has been a silent witness to uncounted conversations and kept a lot of secrets.
From a quiet morning coffee to a relaxed luncheon a pre-dinner aperitif, our lobby bar offers a refined and intimate setting for indulgence and good conversations. Our menu features a variety of old favorites and classics with a twist as well as the finest desserts from our in-house patisserie.
From 1 October 2021, you will get to enjoy our traditional Afternoon Tea again.
